1. Scope of Application

These Terms govern the use of the devmatrixs.club website and all services provided by devmatrixs (Business ID: 202323456L), in particular the development of business platforms and custom integrations for corporate clients.

2. Contract Formation

A contract becomes effective when the client confirms an offer from devmatrixs in writing or books a service online.

3. Pricing & Payment Terms

All prices are listed in SGD excluding VAT. Invoices are payable within 15 days. In case of late payment, we reserve the right to charge a reminder fee and late interest of 3% per annum.

4. Services & Disclaimer

Our consulting and development services are provided based on current expertise. We do not accept liability for business outcomes. All suggestions are non-binding recommendations.

5. Cancellation Policy

Due to the custom nature of our services, there is no right of return after the contract is concluded.

• Cancellations up to 72 hours before the scheduled service are free of charge.
• Cancellations within 72 hours: 40% processing fee applies.
• Work already performed is non-refundable.
• Refunds are processed by bank transfer within 14 business days.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, and texts on this website are the property of devmatrixs. Any use requires our explicit, written consent.

8. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

Singapore law exclusively applies. Place of jurisdiction for all disputes is Singapore.
